Shipping Policy

At Pawsy Store, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the United States and Canada, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

SECTION 1 - PROCESSING TIME All orders are sent to our fulfillment center for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The fulfillment center and the postal service provider process the orders, which takes an additional 1–3 business days. Please note that during high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your doorstep.

  • United States: Standard Shipping typically takes 7–15 business days.

  • Canada: Standard Shipping typically takes 10–20 business days.

Note: These are estimated delivery times. While we make every effort to deliver your order within this timeframe, unforeseen delays by the shipping carrier or customs clearance may occur.

SECTION 3 - TRACKING INFORMATION You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

  • My tracking says "no information available at the moment". For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

SECTION 4 - SEPARATE PACKAGES Because we source our products from different specialized warehouses to ensure the best quality and price, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

SECTION 5 - CUSTOMS AND DUTIES United States: Usually, there are no customs duties for standard orders. Canada: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Pawsy Store has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

SECTION 6 - LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES Pawsy Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Pawsy Store will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
